Laundromat FAQ
Are you a coin laundry or a card store?
Our laundromat is a coin store. You can use cash, credit cards, debit cards, or ApplePay through the PayRange App.
How do I know which machine to use, and how do I use it?
Our attendees are usually next door at the Water Store, will be happy to help with any questions you have.
Wash and Fold Questions
When can I drop off my clothes?
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. At the Water Store Next to the laundrymat.
Is there a minimum?
Our minimum for fluff and fold is 15lb for Drop off and 30lb for Pick-up.
What is the turn around time for wash and fold?
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. You can, for an additional charge and if we have the time to do so, get same-day fluff and fold service.
What products do you use for wash and fold?
We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold. Tide is available for an additional cost (must be noted on the order). We also offer a Free & Clear option as well.
Commercial Laundry Service FAQ
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contract is required for commercial laundry customers. We will earn your business each and every time we launder your items.
How often do you pickup and deliver?
We do pickup and delivery laundry service 7 days a week. During the week our pickups are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. On the weekends, our last pickup is at 5 p.m. We will work with our customers on an individual basis to create a schedule that works for you.
What is the turnaround time for commercial pickup and delivery?
Our turnaround time is 24 hours, however some of our commercial customers prefer we pick up the dirty clothes on Friday and return them on Monday. We will work around your schedule.
